Due to continued success in delivering first class resourcing services into some of the largest MSP/RPO providers in the UK, GPR Resources is seeking a **Contractor Resourcer** to join our growing teams.

This excellent opportunity is for experienced contract resourcers with a wealth of recruitment experience who require the flexibility of working from home and the ability to define their own working hours.

Contractor Resourcer Activities include:

- Identifying and engaging new, fresh ways to attract skilled contractors
- Identifying and utilising existing GPR and new recruitment technologies wherever possible
- Administration, database and system management
- Working with the UK Account Managers to ensure delivery of service meets targeted SLA's

As a GPR **Contractor Resourcer** you will need to demonstrate the following:

- Minimum of 3 years hands-on CONTRACT resourcing experience delivering exceptional resourcing services, preferably within a professional services organisation
- Expert working knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle for both temporary and contract placements
- A good understanding of the working of MSP/RPO arrangements
- Exhibit a friendly, personable and professional manner
- Exceptional communication and conversational skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Google Business Suite
