Wedding and Events Assistant
Cumnock
Full Time 39 hour contract with scope for additional hours to suit business needs during peak season.
JAM Events are delighted to offer the opportunity for a Wedding and Events Assistant to join our team. Our warehouse is based in Cumnock with travel to venues in West and Central Scotland.
Key aspects of the role:
- To set up for wedding and events at various venues
- To load and unload vans
- To set up centre pieces, chair covers, mood lights, letter lights, backdrops, drapes, aisle dressing and finishing touches
- To tidy and clean venue after set ups
- To collect stock and unload at warehouse
- To conduct appointments with potential and existing bride and/or groom
- To attend open days or appointments days
At JAM Events, we pride ourselves on our high quality products and first class customer service, therefore it is essential the successful applicant will have the following:
- Passionate about weddings and events
- Drivers License essential due to travel associated with the role
- Excellent customer service
- Positive nature and can do attitude
- Willing to learn
- Good work ethic
**Job Type**: Full Time, various shifts (weekday and weekend work essential)
Work Location: In person
Pay: £12.75-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 39 per week
