We are seeking an Wedding & Event Sales Assistant to join our sales team based at our Head Office in Cumnock. This role is responsible for converting event enquiries into booking across all venues in the RAD Hotel Group.

Due to the nature of where our 9 venues are based travel to our hotels and other venues will be required, therefore applicants much be able to drive and have access to a car.

**You will be Responsible for**:
Bookings and reservations for events across the 9 venues

Attending internal and external sales events to promote RAD Hotel Group portfolio of hotels and services

Arrange and conduct sales meetings and show rounds with the wedding party and event organisers

Inbound and outbound calls dealing with new and existing events bookings

Managing online wedding and event enquiries

Administrative duties to support the in-house wedding and events teams when required

**You will need to be**:
Flexible as this is not a standard Monday to Friday job: It involves working some day, evenings and weekends shifts.

Well organised, professionally presented, engaging, articulate and have good attention to detail.

Have pleasant telephone manner and an interest in winning and influencing people.

Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £11.50 per hour
