**The Role**

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated gardener with a passion for flowers. The role involves both growing and arranging cut flowers to adorn our luxurious venues, reflecting the Wildland ethos and style. You'll report to the Head Gardener and work as part of our enthusiastic team. Your creativity and love for flowers will shine as you craft floral displays that enrich our guests' experiences. You'll choose and cultivate plants suited to our climate and aesthetic, ensuring high standards and weed-free areas. Occasionally, you'll create arrangements for our Northern and Southern properties, handle additional watering tasks, and assist with garden maintenance when possible.
