It is only occasionally roles such as this come up and I am delighted to be working with an Estate on this particular opportunity to join the Chairman's PA.

Private PA - Peterborough - £30,000 - £40,000

An amazing local opportunity for an experienced Private PA to join a busy family who will require support across all areas of their lives in a traditional environment. This is a Monday to Friday role but there will be a degree of flexibility required withthe hours from time to time but it will be a case of give and take.

You will have a busy day but will not be required to work outside of office hours apart from occasional events or situations that need additional support. The list of duties will be varied and extensive but to give you an idea please find a guide below:

- Handling the Principal's schedule and diary
- Supporting events
- Liaising with Estate Managers from the other UK based estates and the Estate Office team
- Organising flight plans and itineraries for private aircraft
- Liaise and organise household staff during busy periods
- Arrange all meetings, diary management and RSVPs
- Ensuring documentation is up to date for firearms, travel documentation, health and subscriptions
- Booking appointments and meetings
- Assisting with personal finances, including Household petty cash, and keeping a simple account
- Liaising with all other members of staff
- Organising medical appointments
- Travel arrangements
- Maintaining and updating the Chattels Database and managing the filing systems
- Bespoke requests depending on projects

To be considered for this highly desirable role we will need to see experience of your organisation of a family in the role of a Private PA; or if you have held a dual role providing business and private support within either a home or office setting. Themost important elements after the experience, are to be discreet, organised, flexible, reliable and be able to handle multiple tasks as the same time. The environment can be very busy at times and at other times you may find yourself working in the officeon your own; therefore you must be self-motivated to hit time deadlines.

This will suit an all-round Private PA, with a roll-up sleeves attitude. You will be supporting one main Principal with some support to other family members. Excellent organisation skills required with a good grounding within business and private supportand up to date tech skills (including being familiar with MS Excel). Experience with MacOS helpful.
