**About the Role**

We are seeking Vocational Skills Trainers who will develop, promote, deliver, and assess training in order to maximise learning outcomes for our learners. There will be a requirement to work out of all our sites across Greater Manchester, so a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required.

As a Vocational Skills Trainer, your key responsibilities will involve promoting our courses and recruiting learners to maximise occupancy levels. You will conduct initial and ongoing assessments to ensure learners are enrolled in the appropriate program and receiving the necessary support to achieve. You will design and plan engaging training programs tailored to individual needs and embrace innovative technologies that enhance the overall learning experience for learners.

Your role will also include delivering high-quality training sessions that inspire learners to actively participate, stay motivated, and achieve their goals. Furthermore, you will prepare learners for assignments, tests, and exams to maintain high rates of achievement. Monitoring and tracking student progress through regular reviews will be vital, ensuring their achievements align with high standards. **Salary**: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
