**About the Role**
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Health and Social Care Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities that involve marketing and delivering courses to the Health and Social Care sector. As a trainer, your primary responsibility will be the timely delivery and completion of qualifications, including short courses and diplomas from level 1 to 3. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in delivering mandatory training to the care sector.
**About You**
You should have a minimum of 2 years' continuous employment in support or care roles within healthcare, social care, or education, and this should be supported by a sector relevant qualification at level 3 or above. Additionally, you should hold or be willing to complete an accredited training qualification, such as the Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training or equivalent and a level 3 assessor qualification.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
