The One Group are pleased to be partnering with a large Defence organisation who possess an excellent working culture along with progression routes who are seeking a Weapon Systems/Launcher Integration Engineer to join them on a permanent basis.
The role:
You will have the opportunity to join a trials team who conduct electrical/electronic/software integration of missile and launcher subsystems ensuring flight clearance is obtained for the development of trials and overall System Qualification.
The opportunity to work on a range of projects is second to none, support the integration of weapon systems in different products to develop firing trials, multiple integration programmes and proving of different product variants. You will have the opportunityto develop a broad understanding of the design of the systems and how they are tested to prove against the technical requirements.
What we are looking for:
My client is looking for a motivated team player who has knowledge of electrical and electronic integration to support the team in achieving air worthiness and performance certification.
If you are experienced with the understanding of technical interface documentation and test methodologies as well as practical experience using commercial lab equipment and data analysis tools and methods as well as being experienced in python or similar scriptingsoftwares.

This role is predominantly on site due to the nature of the position with having to test equipment or data at their site in Stevenage.
