**_MBDA Missile Systems - Deliver for a more secure tomorrow_** MBDA UK is designing a solution for the Selected Precision Effects At Range (SPEAR 3) capability 3, requirement and we need a driven individual to lead the validation and verification activities for the SPEARLauncher System. **What we're looking for** - Experience in system proving campaigns - Sound understanding of generic System Engineering processes - Knowledge of tools for Requirements Management (preferably DOORS) - Use of System Modelling using SysML/UML **What's in it for you?** - Meeting the challenge of managing multiple launcher variants - Opportunity to manage a small team - Exposure to Model Based Systems Engineering Process and Tools **Our benefits** **Join a great team** "Being part of the Launcher team, our job is to design and develop a totally new Product to MBDA. It requires close collaboration with the Weapon System team to understand the various sub-system and trial's requirements, and then to ensure that the differentspecialist functions are co-ordinated through the system design, and then to its eventual integration and test. Having to consider the needs of different aircraft adds to the complexity of the problem. Using model-based engineering techniques, having robustarchitectures, an iterative design approach and disciplined engineering methods helps us manage this complexity.
