Administration Apprentice

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to work predominately within a small fleet admin team, with a variety of administrative duties.

We are looking for applicants who have good IT and communication skills and have the ability to work as part of a team and on their own. Most importantly has a can-do attitude and is keen to learn and achieve high standards. This role requires strict attention to detail, the ability to maintain confidentiality. You will be well supported in the work environment by an experienced and friendly team.

This role will provide experience, variety and insight in working within the healthcare sector presenting an excellent opportunity for those considering a career in an Administration role and for individuals wanting to learn on the job whilst also gaining a Business Administration level 3 qualification.

This role will involve a range of general administrative tasks to include, answering the telephone, booking training courses, creating excel spreadsheets and entering data, arranging meetings and any other duties relevant to the post.
