IT Apprentice

Earn while you learn and develop your IT skills working with our dedicated, friendly team of IT professionals. Learn how to optimise systems, configure devices and provide an effective IT support service. Gain confidence and a wide range of technical knowledge and digital skills.

A level/GCSE ICT/Maths/Science would be an advantage, as would technical and problem-solving abilities. IT literacy is required to effectively manage tasks and adapt to technological demands. Previous experience in a fast-paced work setting would be useful, but not essential.

Learn about all our IT functions, including:- Development & Testing; IT Helpdesk Management & Support; eCommerce; Network Management and Windows & Mac Support. You will be taught to diagnose hardware and software faults, using your generalist knowledge of the latest IT technology to provide solutions. Learn to record, analyse and utilise data effectively, providing the highest levels of IT security and service.

This position would be ideal for someone with a mature attitude and a strong work ethic who plans to pursue a career as an IT Technician/Support Specialist, Systems Administrator, Analyst, or Programmer. Highly motivated and with an aptitude for technology, the ideal candidate will be happy to work as part of our friendly IT team.
