We are supporting one of our clients with their search for a Travel Coordinator to join their growing team in Aberdeen on a permanent basis and full-time.

The Travel Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the Company’s travel and visa requirements in line with Company procedures and processes.

**Main Tasks**:

- To manage and plan all travel requests in line with the the company procedures and in a timely manner
- To manage all mobilisation requests internally (via the operational business units)
- To liaise with business unit teams to gather necessary information for travel/flight times etc
- To arrange and ensure all required visas are in place prior to travel, in line with the company travel procedures
- To ensure correct inoculations are in place prior to travel - coordinating requirements with the HR team
- To arrange the booking/hire of vehicles if and when required
- To support in the preparation and provision of monthly reporting
- To maximise cost savings for travel
- To complete monthly reporting and invoicing for all travel across the Group

**Key Skills, Attributes and Experience**:

- Previous experience of working with Travel Management Companies
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Problem resolution and process familiarisation
- Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Excellent administration skills
- Team player
- Significant Microsoft knowledge and experience, as well as managing databases
- Ability to work deadlines in an accurate, consistent and structured manner
- Ability to demonstrate understanding of HSEQ safe working practices and procedures and their implementation
- Ability to follow/comply with procedures and recognised working practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
