**What's the job about?**

At Briardene, you’ll have the chance to make a real difference to the lives of our residents. You’ll plan and organise fun, meaningful activities, from group events to one-to-one sessions. Think arts and crafts, music, games, and celebrations for big events like Christmas, Diwali or Burns Night. You’ll get to know each resident’s life story and use that to create activities that bring joy, boost wellbeing, and keep everyone smiling.

**What do you need?**

Ideally, we are looking for someone to have care experience, but we know people from other walks of life can become the very best in this type of role. If you don’t have the necessary experience, we would be happy to work with you to develop you further to become an excellent Wellbeing Coordinator.
