HR Operations Partner

**The Opportunity;**:
Reporting into the HR Director, the HR Operations Partner will deliver a customer-focused HR service to managers and employees within the Operations & Maintenance division.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively partner and advise managers on HR matters, such as performance management and absence management, and identify improvements
- ER case management, such as disciplinary and grievance, up to and including dismissal
- Support with the recruitment process and the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring an effective onboarding and induction experience right through to an effective exit process
- Contribute to HR-led initiatives, such as D&I, Reward, Values, Wellbeing, as agreed by the business and the team
- Support and educate managers and employees on HR matters, policies and processes, in collaboration with the HR team
- Partner with managers to provide support with talent attraction, recruitment, reward, retention, and development planning
The role offers hybrid working with 1-2 days per week in the office and 3-4 days working from home.
**The Person;**:
The HR Operations Partner role is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced team. The role will suit someone who has gained experience in an HR Advisory role, along with exposure to partnering on proactive initiatives and activity.
- 2 years+ in a similar role
- Knowledge of current HR laws and practices - European HR Law knowledge an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Excellent written and face-to-face communication skill base that are empathetic in nature
- Proactive with a passion to deliver a high-quality service
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude with a commercial, results-driven focus
- Confident to challenge decisions of more senior employees and managers to promote HR best practice.
