Kind Consultancy is working with a leading global insurance business which is currently seeking a Senior Conduct Risk Analyst to join their London office in a permanent position paying circa £55,000, with a hybrid work model requiring 2 days per-week in-office.The organisation is a major insurance brand utilising a global platform with a speciality risk focus. They are a prestigious name within the insurance world, and this is an exciting opportunity to join the flagship UK office of a multinational organisationat the forefront of insurance and reinsurance.

The Senior Conduct Risk Analyst will report to the Conduct Risk Manager, supporting them in:

- Day-to-day operation of the Conduct Risk strategy and framework.
- Carrying out a conduct risk assessment on new and existing products and obtaining approvals from stakeholders.
- Reviewing, and where applicable, challenging the Fair Value assessments completed by Underwriters.
- Ensuring products are manufactured and distributed in compliance with the IDD requirements.
- Monitoring regulatory activities specific to Conduct, so that the business stays abreast of regulatory and legislative developments
- Review, comment upon and where necessary circulate regulatory communications and associated bulletins to staff.
- Embedding new regulatory and legislative changes into policies, procedures and controls affecting the business.
- Where required, assisting the Conduct Analyst with reviewing and responding to all complaints, making sure all communications sent are in accordance with relevant deadlines and contain the appropriate wording.
- Carrying out Product reviews and fair value assessments
- Support Conduct Risk Manager with maintaining and regularly updating the business’s Conduct Risk Policy, Complaint Handling Policies, Conduct Outcomes Document, Underwriting Procedure Manuals (Conduct and Complaints sections) and any new policies or proceduraldocuments required by the regulators
- Have experience of Product Reviews - the primary products involved in the role will be PI & Casualty, experience involving these would be especially desirable
- Have a good understanding of Lloyds principles and FCA outcomes
- Are well organised, with consistently strong attention-to-detail
- Are excellent communicators, with good written English
