- Providing a range of administrative support to the Client Support team
- Building successful working relationships with clients
- Researching and handling client enquiries swiftly and professionally
- Accurately updating and maintaining the Company CRM system
- Building an awareness of current legislation, regulatory and sales advice processes following FCA procedures
- Additional ad hoc administrative support to the team

**Requirements**:

- Previous customer service and administration experience gained within a financial services environment - this could be pensions, banking, mortgages, investment or wealth management
- Well spoken, confident and polite telephone manner
- Good organisation skills and strong attention to detail
- Must have own transport
