**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain patient records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and confidential.
- Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries as required.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and organisational policies.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative or office role is preferred, ideally within a healthcare setting.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact positively with patients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using office software and medical management systems would be advantageous.
- A compassionate approach to patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 24 per week
