**About The Role**

As an Orthopaedic Medical Advisor, you will guide internal and external groups on our orthopaedic medical products, focusing on fracture management and braces and supports. Collaborating with our sales team, you'll support decision-makers, ensure effective knowledge transfer, and convince professional users of our products' benefits. You'll also share best practices within our global team and across Essity.

Reporting to the UK Brand Manager, you'll be home-based with regular travel and overnight stays across the UK&I.

**What You Will Do**

Internally:

- Promote key strategic products
- Develop and update training programs and materials
- Introduce new concepts to improve sales opportunities
- Communicate market intelligence locally and globally
- Provide professional, clinical support and training to internal stakeholders
- Work with Brand Manager, Acute Specialists, Business Development Managers and Strategic Healthcare Partners to optimize customer management
- Communicate market needs to R&D in alignment with local and global Marketing
- Support Brand Manager in creating and delivering product launch presentations

Externally:

- Influence decision-makers through concept selling
- Conduct clinical education and product presentations
- Analyse and identify potential new market opportunities
- Monitor market developments to identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain networks relationships with key opinion leaders
- Provide professional support and training to external groups
- Responsible for product presentations, webinars, workshops, and education

**Who You Are**

You will have proven experience as an Orthopaedic Practitioner (minimum Band 5) and some knowledge of the medical device sales market. You are passionate about developing fracture management support services through our sales teams. Ideally, you have project management experience and have led projects with sales and marketing colleagues.

You are an effective trainer, having delivered to various audiences both internally and externally. You will have the courage to challenge stakeholders and support sales teams with customer insights. You are a highly engaging communicator and influencer, able to present confidently and adapt to different target groups. You are commercially minded, with strong analytical skills and a natural planner.
