Whether working independently or as part of a team youll ensure our customers receive timely professional support that keeps their systems running smoothly.Youll be responsible for:Programing and optimizing our products to the customers requirements.Disassembling inspecting troubleshooting and repairing pump systemsAdvising customers on system improvements and preventative solutionsHandling service and warranty matters with support from technical teamsPreparing and submitting detailed service reportsSupporting installations and commissioning projectsExecuting maintenance services under SLAsProviding feedback and input for repair quotationsContinuously developing your technical skills and mastering service toolsPromoting safety through hazard awareness and risk assessmentsWhat do you need to applyWere looking for someone with:Industry experience or a similar technical environmentStrong knowledge of pump technologyTechnical education in electrical or mechanical engineeringExperience with diesel engines (desirable)A proactive adaptable mindset with strong time managementExcellent communication skills with customers and internal teamsA customer-first attitude and a drive for continuous improvementDigital literacy and familiarity with service tools and systemsYoull act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external customers helping to deliver outstanding service and support.Why join GrundfosGrundfos is the worlds leading manufacturer of energy-efficient and intelligent water solutions.
