**Job Description - Machine Operator**

We are currently recruiting for Machine Operators, starting rate of pay is £9.50ph with a weekly bonus equal to circa £1ph.

Main operations are operating Drills, Presses, Furnaces.

**The role**
- Operate machinery to fabricate, manufacture, assemble, or move products.
- Maintain and monitor machine to make sure it functions properly.
- Understanding of how operated machines works
- Conduct quality checks periodically
- Verify adequate materials and supplies are available to complete operations as needed.
- Analyse machine operations and output if applicable.
- Adjust machine as needed for changeovers, different functions, or other varying needs of production.
- Knowledge of safe machine practice standards.
- Good Coordination.
- Ability to keep up machinery.
- Ability to do small to moderate repairs on machinery.
- Experience working with machinery.
- Inspect equipment in use through troubleshooting, checking for any problems and fixing them immediately, in order to prevent breakdown in the course of work.
- Inspect all finished goods, checking for maintenance in production quality and standards.
- Clean up machine parts after every work procedure.
- Set all machine operation information such as speed, size and shape into machine before it begins running.
- Insert all production materials in the various parts of the machine where they are supposed to be to enhance production output.
- Troubleshoot machine problems to determine actual faults.

Immediate starts available.
