GP/Health Centre Private Patient Receptionist

- Location: London, Central - Prestigious Private GP & Health Centre

- Hours: Full-time 40 hours. Monday
- Friday

- Shifts: Rotating early and late shifts

- Earlies 07:45am
- 4:15pm - Lates 09:15am - 6:15pm

- Contract Type: Permanent

**The Opportunity**
We have an exciting opportunity for a professional experienced Front of House Receptionist, to join our outstanding Health Centre in Central London.

This is a varied, people-focused role. You’ll work as part of a friendly, collaborative team, supporting both patients and clinicians to deliver exceptional care across the clinic to private patients.

The role combines front-of-house reception, clinical coordination, and administrative excellence to ensure every patient receives a seamless, five-star customer service experience.

** Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome patients, front of house reception, and ensure a smooth, professional journey throughout their visit
- Maintain and update patient records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support GPs processing notes, reports, and specimens for the laboratories

- Liaise with consultants, hospitals, and insurers to coordinate patient care payments.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and service

** What You Will Bring**
- Previous receptionist or front-of-house experience in a corporate, ideally health clinic. Private Patient Experience desirable.
- Strong administrative, secretarial and organisational abilities with great attention to detail
- Confident working independently in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems (training provided on our database)
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and remain calm under pressure
- A collaborative team player with a polished and professional manner
- Flexibility to work early and late shifts
