We are looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join an established team of receptionists in an ongoing position that should last 12 weeks.

Working within an incredibly busy private GP practice on Harley Street, you will be responsible for ensuring that all patient communications within the practice are dealt with in a courteous and professional manner. You will be responsible for all aspects of the reception area including presentation, provision of information to patients, GDPR compliance and maintaining stock levels of stationery & medication. The role will include dealing with patients both over the phone and face-to-face on-site.

This is a temporary position and you must have experience of working in a GP environment. It would also be advantageous if you are familiar with med base. In addition, you must also have a recent DBS and proof of right to work in the UK.

The working hours for this position would be Monday and Tuesday from 9 am to 5 pm.

You should also have a professional appearance as well as an excellent standard of both written and spoken English. You must also be resourceful and be able to react to situations as they arise.
