An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Supply Chain Administrator** to join the CC&D team
- **The job in a nutshell**:_

To work within the Supply Chain team, taking full responsibility for allocated suppliers, managing the end-to-end process, including delivery schedules, delivery conditions, pricing, and invoice processing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain good relationships with allocated supply base.
- Process invoice queries.
- Build knowledge of our ERP system.
- Assist with maintaining the Supply Chain database within Microsoft Dynamics.
- Resolve allocated quality control issues.
- Raise purchase orders for allocated suppliers.
- Expedite outstanding purchase orders.
- Gain a thorough knowledge of the whole team’s accounts in order to cover when individuals are off.
- Develop and find solutions to any discrepancies and make recommendations to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Evaluate quotes and make recommendations based on commercial, market, business and technical factors.
- Deliver against departmental KPIs and other business objectives.
- Reconcile the supply chain credit card.
- Undertake ad-hoc ordering for the business.
- Manage consumables ordering.
- Manage in-house label process.
- Ensure that client confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Ensure that all working practices comply with Health and Safety Legislation.
- Embrace the company’s mission statement and commitment to a sustainable future, at all times considering our impact on the environment, making suggestions for improvements where relevant.
- Carry out and any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.

- Flexibility - be able to react and respond positively to changes in priority and workload
- Must have a high level of competency in at least Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint.
- MSD (Microsoft Dynamic) experience would be desirable but not essential.
