We are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our dynamic team at Richard Hardie Silverlink. If you have experience in warranty management, purchase/sales ledger, and bookkeeping, we’d love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing warranty claims and invoicing.
- Processing purchase and sales invoices.
- Bank and account reconciliations.
- Maintaining fixed asset registers and inventory records.
- Supporting the finance team with bookkeeping and VAT returns.

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in the motor dealership industry (preferred).
- Strong clerical skills with knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Sage or QuickBooks).
- A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
- A bookkeeping qualification (AAT or equivalent) is a plus.
