**Let us tell you about the opportunity**

As a Product Owner at MotoNovo, you will be responsible for shaping the future and delivering the strategy. You will own, shape and manage the product roadmap and backlog. You will prioritise which problems to solve and why using data and insight to inform you. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams using agile methodologies and work with your Delivery Lead, squads and the wider business to deliver solutions to problems. You will ensure that change is seamlessly embedded within the business and that change is owned by the right stakeholders and that benefits are realised.

**What will your day look like?**
- As a Product Owner you will work with your Delivery Lead and squad to discover, create and deliver innovative solutions to deliver our strategy and ensure we are compliant with regulation
- Lead cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency and enhance our competitive position both for now and for the future
- Take ownership of the business outcomes of your product area and drive the delivery of change that delivers value aligned to our strategic objectives
- Manage and own the product backlog, adapting priorities to deliver maximum business value
- Drive the quarterly planning and prioritisation process to ensure we are delivering the best value for our customers, dealers and the business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technology and Delivery to deliver high quality products and propositions that meet customer and business needs
- Set priorities of delivery squad to deliver prioritised, ambitious and innovative targets, working within an agile environment alongside developers, testers, business analysts, technical experts, and market leading vendors

**What do we expect from you?**
- You’ve got hands on experience as a Product Owner with significant direct product experience working in different teams or organisations in a fast-paced company
- You are naturally curious and someone who wants to solve problems and find solutions that meet real business and customer needs
- You are outcome oriented - you prioritise against objectives, know what the outcome is and work collaboratively at pace to achieve it
- You love the detail and are insight led and commercially aware in everything you do
- A collaborator who values the input and values that others bring to reach our goals collectively and you can tailor your communication to technical and/or non-technical audiences and stakeholders at all levels
