**Role: Senior Residential Support Worker**

**Location: Birmingham**

**Salary: up to £34,000 dependent on experience**

We are looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker who is ambitious, driven and wants to work for an organisation that is prepared to do things differently, to support its staff fully through training and support for you as well a s the young people.

**What we can offer you**

**Earn up to £34,000 (inclusive of sleep-ins)** - We used structured pay grades based on training, experience and qualifications.

**Up to £1000 Signing Bonus** - if you are qualified with a Level 3/4 in Children & Young People, you will receive up to £1000 signing bonus in your first pay check.

**Sleep-ins Paid during Annual Leave - **when you are on annual leave, we pay you your sleeps so you don't miss out

**Bonuses **- £750 per annum Sickness related bonus, Paid Birthday Day Off

**3 Week Rolling Rota** - Know what you are working months in advance. Know that you will only be on rota for one Saturday and one Sunday every 3 weeks.

**Essential Job Requirements**
- Diploma or NVQ Level 3 / 4 in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
- A Full Manual UK Driver’s License
- Fuel Allowance
- Understanding of attachment and trauma in relation to young people.
- A commitment to personal development and the acquisition of professional skills and further qualifications.
- Experience working with Young People within a residential environment
- Experience of working with young people with emotional and behavioural issues and complex needs including challenging behaviour.

Pay - up to £34,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £34,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
