**Position**: Senior Children Support Worker
**Salary**: £24,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing support and guidance to children and young people in a residential setting
- Acting as a role model and mentor for staff members
- Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of those in our care
- Collaborating with the management team to implement policies and procedures
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Supporting with the day-to-day running of the home

**Requirements**:

- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Previous experience in a similar role within a residential childcare setting
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and support

- Residential Childcare: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
