**What you'll be doing**
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Identify the client’s requirements and expectations for each event
- Maintain event budgets
- Assess an event’s overall success and submit findings
- Manage all event set-up, tear down and follow-up processes
- Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards
- Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order
- Book entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers
- Ensuring the CRM is kept up to date with any contacts made in compliance with the Data Protection Act
**With the Sales Manager, publicising and promoting the local annual events programme (may include joint events with other professional bodies or local associations)**
- Supporting the General Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager where necessary, in particular, to deliver the local annual business plan and budget.
**Job Types**: Full-time: 20-25 hours a week to start but the option to go full time in the future
**Salary**: £13.00 per hour
