We are currently searching for an Optical Store Manager to join an incredible setup based within the world's leading department store in Knightsbridge, London.
This is an opportunity to join a completely unique setup that oozes luxury and VIP clientele plus the most exclusive products are what you can expect to encounter on a regular basis.
**Optical Store Manager - Role**
- Head up a successful, well-established store in one of London's most prestigious locations
- Utilise the autonomy they offer to implement your own ideas and initiatives to drive business
- Develop the team through training and recruitment to offer high quality customer service that reflects the brand values
- Work closely with the wider team to continue developing the business performance
- Oversee all day-to-day operations and processes
**Optical Store Manager - Requirements**
- Must be able to demonstrate a successful background in management positions within the eyewear and optical industries
- Possess an entrepreneurial drive to develop the business and those around you
- Hold strong leadership and communication skills to generate the most from your team
- Have a flair for fashion and design
**Optical Store Manager - Salary**
- Base salary up to £40,000
- Lucrative bonus scheme - £10 000+
