Our clinic is a dual surgery centre, offering both LVC and IOL procedures.Candidates for this role must be able to demonstrate proven practice management experience in a high performing commercial environment and have extensive knowledge and experience of CQC management.ResponsibilitiesNote: The following responsibilities are based on provided content and organized for clarity.You will be customer facing and you will help drive performance for the practice. You will also be responsible for the daily operational efficiency of the practice; a key part of your role will be developing the team and promoting the benefits of laser surgery to patients.You will have strong management experience within a high-end retail or Optical setting. You will be adept at delivering impressive results through your passion for people and by collaborating closely with members of your team to develop them through performance management.It goes without saying that you will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, be articulate, motivated to achieve and have a willingness to learn and progress within Optical Express.Day to dayEffectively and efficiently manage resources to meet customer demands.Ensure the practice is presentable and maintained to the highest standards of tidiness and cleanliness which highlight the professional image of Optical Express.Help recruit, induct, coach, and support your team to ensure all team members meet acceptable levels of knowledge and competence.Ensure the team influences and advises potential patients on the most suitable and appropriate solution for their needs.What is in it for you?Competitive salaryFree or discounted optical products and proceduresCareer progressionModern working environment with superb technological supportPlease apply now by uploading your CV.
