**EC+I Senior Supervisor - Energy Sector**

Z-Tech, a leading company in the energy sector, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced EC+I Senior Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a EC+I Senior Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing various aspects of our operations within the energy sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in the industry to make a significant impact on our company's success.**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring high performance, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a positive work environment and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring their successful execution and completion within deadlines and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project workflow, resolve issues, and maintain effective communication.
- Monitor and enforce quality standards and procedures to ensure all work meets regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, promoting a safe work environment for all team members.
- Conduct safety meetings, training sessions, and risk assessments, and implement safety initiatives to minimize workplace hazards.

**What we will need from you**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of successful project completion.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on delivering efficient and effective solutions.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel to project sites and work outside regular business hours, if required.
