**We have an exciting new opportunity for a Maintenance Person at IGas Energy plc.**

IGas is a British energy company that operates the largest number of onshore oil and gas fields in Britain, we hold significant shale gas opportunities and are rapidly diversifying into renewable energy through our Geothermal business. This a full time, permanent position where you will be provided with on-the-job training that increases your salary as you learn. From day one you will start to build your knowledge, skills, and experience which through our three-level training program will allow you to quickly grow your earnings.

Working Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00 (30 min break).

Salary dependent on experience.

**You will be required to**:

- To ensure that maintenance activities are conducted to meet company and industry standards and that any deviations from this are identified, fully justified technically and are authorized prior to implementation.
- Maintain an emergency response role in support of company policy.
- Responsible for conducting maintenance & integrity activities in compliance with the company

**Competencies**:

- Experience is desirable in Oil & Gas Maintenance.
- Experience is essential in a similar Mechanical Maintenance role.
- An ability to work across functions and with a full range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrable problem solving and decision making capabilities.
- Ability to clearly communicate through spoken and written methods.
- Ability to prioritise & innovate.
- Ability to think innovatively to improve production delivery and /or minimise the impact of maintenance activities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £28,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lincoln: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
