Macmillan Davies are partnering with a leading North West based Fin tech to appoint a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and develop the Talent function as they continue on their rate of exponential growth.
The business are an ambitious and high growth technology company with a strong foothold in their sector. Planned headcount increases and implementing robust talent management internally has led to the Organisation creating this essential role.
Reporting to the People Director the Head of Talent Acquisition will be expected to:
*Design and execute a best in class talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain highly committed, engaged and talented employees
*Use knowledge of market and sector conditions to compete for highly sought after professional talent with a specific focus on both digital and sales professionals
*Represent the company externally to build the talent brand and create broad pathways of opportunity into the company
*Establish and measure key metrics to ensure internal stakeholder understanding of recruiting operations efficiency and deliver insights to enable future talent strategy improvement
*Collaborate with business leadership to understand and proactively address key concerns in attracting, motivating and retaining high quality, diverse talent
*Operate as player manager; running some searches end to end (largely in the digital space) while also managing the overall Talent Acquisition team
*Review existing technology/tools/systems and recommend new technology to stay current
*Develop a strong and attractive employer brand (Employee Value Proposition)
*Support talent management processes including succession planning, identification of key positions, high potential talent ensuring an unbiased talent process
*Champion diversity, equality and inclusion in all talent processes
*Develop and manage relationships with third party talent suppliers (Universities, Colleges, Recruitment Agencies etc.)
*Stay current on industry/competitor activities
About you
