Deputy Head of Talent Acquisition, £45,000 - £55,000 Per Annum, Manchester (Hybrid)
Macmillan Davies are delighted to be working with an esteemed global private education provider who are looking for a Deputy Head of Talent to join their growing team. This role will function to support the Head of Talent Acquisition in leading the recruitmentteam. It will also line manage the Talent Acquisition function.
Main duties include:
*Ownership of the full end to end recruitment process for permanent, temporary, contract and agency workers across the business
*Support with the development of strategic recruitment plans for all business areas
*Utilizing the ATS throughout the recruitment life
*Developing an array of sourcing strategies to build awareness of the business, attract top talent and create pipelines
*Manage all advertising and agency relationships effectively
*Ensure the recruitment team is fully engaged with the organisation and providing impeccable levels of service delivery across the business
*One-to-one coaching and identifying learning provision for direct reports
*Keeping up to date with recruitment and market trends
*Deliver interview skills training to hiring managers
About you:
We are looking for a resilient and practical self-starter who is:
*CIPD-qualified
*Solid experience of managing and transforming in-house recruitment functions including experience of working with Applicant Tracking Systems
*Sound knowledge and understanding of employment law
*Excellent people management and leadership skills
*Solid experience of LinkedIn's Recruiter tool to successfully source talent
*Experience of implementing employer branding initiatives
*A strong understanding of talent acquisition and market trends
*Strong influencing and facilitation skills with a proven ability to build strong working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
*Exceptional attention to detail
