Duties will include:
- Assist and support the processing of payroll across Group entities with c.1300 individuals across all payrolls.
- Process and review payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, salary increases)
- Reconcile monthly payroll changes/reconciliation of control accounts.
- Support the Group Payroll Manager with the management of all pension schemes, benefits, and statutory returns, identifying and implementing best practice.
- Support the Group Payroll Manager with the management of the SIP and share options schemes, identifying and implementing best practice.
- Help manage all third-party payments (e.g. HMRC)
- Miscellaneous project analysis.
- Assist with year-end payroll process.
- Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) and Finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory legislation and internal policies.
- Process monthly pension contributions for each entity.
- Assist with the preparation of annual P11d submissions.
- Any other payroll tasks as required to support team and deliver the payroll deadlines.
