- Process and manage End to End portfolio of payrolls for Monthly/ 4 Weekly/ Fortnightly and Weekly payrolls, for small to medium companies, using Superpay payroll software.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including deductions, benefits, and taxes, SMP, SSP, Starters/ Leavers, CIS.
- Maintain employee records and update payroll information as needed
- Good Knowledge of payroll legislation and AE pensions.
- Respond to employers and HMRC inquiries regarding payroll issues or discrepancies
- Knowledge of holiday pay calculations
- Attention to deal, confident to run small and large payrolls independently, within the team. Provide assistance to junior members of the team.
- Run year-end payroll processes.

- 3 Years payroll processing preferred
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, regulations,pensions and HMRC legislation
- Proficient in using payroll software (Superpay used but training will be given)
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Reliable, able to work under pressure and keen to progress
- Bureau experience advantageous with good communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
