An instrumental part of GOAT Group, the Marketing team oversees a wide range of activities, which aim to build awareness, consideration and loyalty for our brands. As a member of this team, you will work to execute thoughtful, data-driven marketing campaigns that drive meaningful growth for the company.

We are looking for a highly-motivated Senior Brand Partnerships Specialist who can successfully retain and grow brand partnerships. Reporting to the Senior Lead, Project Manager and working in collaboration with key business stakeholders both internal and external, the Senior Brand Partnerships Specialist will help drive pivotal opportunities with brand partners from ideation to completion. This role is a hybrid of brand marketing, strategy, project management and account management.

**In this role you will**:

- Conceptualize innovative brand marketing strategies and opportunities by leveraging all of our offerings tailored to our partners and their goals
- Translate strategies and marketing plans into well-crafted, external facing presentation decks
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across Communications, Content, Growth, Business Development, Merchandising, Entertainment Influencer Marketing, etc. to craft tactical end-to-end marketing strategies
Work alongside the BD Senior Project Manager to successfully execute all brand launches and post-launch recap decks
- Oversee partnership execution and management, including proposals, agreements, briefs, deliverables and more to ensure they’re aligned with the partner’s objectives as well as ours
- Build a robust repository of proactive pitch materials, case studies and general marketing materials
- Manage proposal decks, strategies, deliverables and post-campaign recaps with our partnerships
- Have a keen ability to compile insights from each campaign and implementing optimizations and recommendations based on these insights bespoke for the partners

**We are looking for**:

- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in brand partnerships or marketing
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally with key stakeholders and executives internally and externally
- Proven track record in brand partnerships
- Ability to work autonomously and a preference for a fast-paced, working environment
- An ability to tailor all applicable marketing channels to both prospective and existing partners (i.e. advertising, editorial, CRM, entertainment influencers, merchandising, PR, socials, etc.)
- Strong negotiation skills
- An eye for layout, typography and visual hierarchy as it pertains to GOAT Group’s brands and products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Keynote, Microsoft Office as well as project management tools such as Asana
- Prior experience in a luxury brand, agency or e-commerce company is ideal
