**Join Our Team as a Pharmacy Central Dispensing Hub Operator**

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and looking to play a key role in the future of pharmacy? We're looking for a motivated **Pharmacy Central Dispensing Hub Operator** to support the efficient delivery of medications from our central hub to spoke pharmacies, ensuring safe, timely, and accurate dispensing for patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare prescription orders for distribution to spoke sites.
- Operate within a fast-paced hub environment, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), Good Distribution Practice (GDP), and pharmacy regulations.
- Work with automated dispensing systems and manual processes to fulfil prescription orders.
- Coordinate with pharmacists, dispensers, and delivery teams to ensure safe and timely dispatch of medications.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, dispatch logs, and quality control checks.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the hub in line with health and safety standards.

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a pharmacy, warehouse, or healthcare logistics setting (preferred but not necessary).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Comfortable using technology, including automated dispensing systems and inventory software.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive, accuracy-critical environment.
