Customer Service Officer

The main duties include operating the Council switchboard.
This is a busy section, handling up to 1000 telephone calls each week.
As a Customer Services Assistant you’ll be talking to lots of different people who call up. Sorting out any questions they have and transferring to the correct department they wish to access. Previous experience for this type of role is essential. Training will be provided.
