My client is well established and is currently looking for Care Workers to support the children and young adults in the service and further improve and maintain the high standards that are embedded throughout their values and service delivery.

***PLUS £1000 WELCOME BONUS**
- Salary - £22,880 - £22,816 depending on experience plus £1000 welcome bonus
- Hours - 40 hours per week
- Shifts - Full time, Part time, Weekend only
- Area - Located near to Royston, Cambridgeshire

**Responsibilities - Care Worker Children and Young Adults**
- To provide a caring, supportive and nurturing environment in which children/young people can feel secure and free from harm.
- Providing exceptional high levels of care during all daily activities such as washing, dressing, socialising, learning, washing/personal care.
- Help developing their learning and social skills
- Assisting with therapy sessions such as hydrotherapy and rebound therapy.
- Establishing positive relationships with young people and always offering them unconditional and positive regard.

**Skills required - Care Worker Children and Young Adults**
- A passion to learn and gain an understanding of emotional, behavioural and learning difficulties.
- Caring nature and willing to go the extra mile to support others
- Ability to be creative in meeting the needs of the young adults or children’s needs
- Basic IT skills and basic computer programmes such as word, Excel and Outlook.
- Flexibility to work on a rota pattern
- A commutable distance from Royston, Cambridgeshire
