Royston, Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire border **Salary**: £11 - £12 per hour (linked to competency and qualifications) + 13% + Night supplement £25 per shift **Hours**: Choose from a range of shift times that will suit any needs Situated in the village of Meldreth, just ten miles south of Cambridge, on the Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire border. **Orchard Manor** offers a supportive living and learning environment for young adults who have severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties resulting in complex learning needs. Set within 14 acres, our site provides extensive space for learning, developing and living in an environment where we have a range of incredible facilities that include: - Music and Art Rooms - Rebound Therapy - Hydrotherapy - Hard and soft outdoor space - Forestry School - Adapted Kitchens - Enterprise Schemes - Sensory Rooms As one of our Bank Support Workers, you will work with our young adults who have varying degrees of special educational needs and disabilities. Your aim is to promote their confidence and independence and support them to lead a fulfilling life. This is an incredibly challenging yet rewarding role, where being willing to lend a hand wherever required is essential.
