We seek part-time and full-time senior care workers to join our team in the Rotherham, Sheffield, London Chiswick, Hertfordshire, Suffolk, and Walton upon Thames, Surrey regions.

**Duties: You will**

Regularly supervise and monitor other care workers, care assistants, and workers who attend to clients in their homes.

You’ll ensure caregivers carry out their work in a person-centred, safe, and dignified manner.

You will support our service users' personal care needs and comforts, such as assisting them in accessing care and day centre facilities.

You will monitor care workers to support clients' independence in their homes.

You will provide leadership and support for care staff and advocate for the safety and dignity of service users, ensuring that care is administered in accordance with the most recent guidelines and best practice evidence.

As a senior care employee, you will also be responsible for maintaining and utilizing communication and record-keeping systems with precision.

You must have experience working in the care sector, a valid driver's licence and your own transportation (preferred but not required), excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a willingness to work in various locations as and when required. **Experience**:
No experience required. Complete training is provided, Full UK driver's licenced and own transportation desirable, but not essential.
