Position: Senior Care Worker
Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire

**Salary**: Up to £30,153.60 per annum (inclusive of potential sleep-in payments)
Hours: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

**Responsibilities**:
As a Senior Residential Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in the lives of our residents. Key responsibilities include:

- Accompanying occupants to appointments and activities
- Completion of necessary paperwork
- Household tasks and medication administration
- Leading, training, and mentoring support workers
- Assisting the deputy manager in team development and maintenance

Our accommodation facility in Rotherham, supports young people aged 8 to 18 in building bright futures by fostering opportunities and developing life skills. Located in rural Rotherham, our site offers a serene environment within commuting distance of Sheffield and Doncaster.
