Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire
**Salary**: £22,000 to £25,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full Time - 8am to 5pm (1 hour lunch)
We are currently recruiting for a confident and enthusiastic individual to join a growing team, with the foresight to take their own initiative as a Sales Administrator.
This role delivers professional, customer focused sales & administration services for our clients Sales Division and is a great opportunity to gain exposure into a successful career within sales
The Role
You will administer customer quotations & sales to meet the expectations of the business customers and ensure all delivered are dealt with in a timely and professional manner at all times.
Skills required
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised with ability to prioritise daily workload
- Experienced in using various IT systems
- Forward thinker and ability to work on initiative
**Responsibilities**:
- Offer on-going administration support to both internal & external sales representatives
- Process sales orders and entering onto the system
- Handling purchase orders for customers
- Process of all post sales administration documentation
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as and when required
