- Online & Face to Face Tutoring
- International Teacher Recruitment
- Online TEFL Courses
- Digital English Courses
- Online Vocational Courses

We currently operate in over 40 countries and are Department for International Trade Export Champions.

Due to growth, we are hiring a Team Manager to work across all aspects of the business, based from our Wakefield office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with other members of senior management to grow the business
- Manage, mentor, coach and motivate the internal team
- Manage external education contracts across the business
- Develop internal processes for streamlining across all business sectors
- Handle incoming enquiries and assign to relevant team members
- Attend online education fairs (face to face opportunities are available too)
- To identify competitor threats, strengths and weaknesses and explore opportunities to maximise revenue and market share

**Experience / Skills**:

- Proven track record of achieving targets / deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident in using various forms of technology in the workplace
- Adaptable to change
- Can work under pressure
- Process driven
- Very organised and meticulous
- Self motivated
- Passion for education / training
- 5yrs experience in a similar role / environment

**Package**:

- £30k basic salary
- 25 days holiday
- Annual profit share scheme
- Option of UK and international travel

Please note that this is a full time role, based from Wakefield.
