Job Title: Team Manager – Child Protection & FosteringLocation: WakefieldPay Rate: £40 per hourContract Type: LocumSector: Children’s ServicesJob Description: Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Team Manager for its client to lead a specialist service encompassing Child Protection Chairs, Fostering Independent Reviewing Officers (IROs), and the Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO). This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced manager with a deep understanding of safeguarding, fostering, and review processes. Role Overview You’ll oversee a team of professionals responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding and permanency planning for children. This role requires strong leadership, expert knowledge of statutory frameworks, and the ability to drive quality assurance across multiple service areas. What will your responsibilities be?
