Your role will be to provide administration and on the road support to the National House Builder team. **Key skills and responsibilities of the role;** - To prepare and Merchandise tile hand boards which you will distribute to show homes and construction sites across the Western region. - Liaise with the national builder’s and installers on site to ensure technical or operational questions are raised and addressed to maintain the highest levels of customer service are maintained. - Building and developing relationships with our contacts at operational sites to ensure Porcelanosa and the clients remain fully aware of future developments. - To assist and or undertake the preparation of new builder specifications. - To support the National House Building Team with other administrative duties as they arise. **Personal Attributes;** - Good level of verbal, written and numerical literacy - Ability to work on own initiative - Strong customer service and relationship building skills - Ability to meet deadlines - Strong attention to detail, "right first time" - IT Literate - Clean driving licence
