Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, our Front of House team ensure every customer is provided with a personal service that delivers an exceptional customer experience. Responsible for both food service and bar work the role is based in the Restaurant with occasional events taking place at other venues.

**Key Outcomes and Accountabilities**
- Deliver the day to day operations of a red.h bar restaurant.
- Takes customers orders accurately and actively communicates with the kitchen team to maximise the customer‘s experience.
- Provide knowledgeable menu advice offering suggestions and recommendations
- Prepares and serves drinks from the bar.
- Responsible for cleaning the bar area and equipment.
- Ensuring all food safety procedures are strictly followed according to hygiene regulations.
- Following all company policy and procedures regarding dealing with cash, equipment and property.
- Contributing to the Events Plan and providing bar and food services at planned events.
- Communicates important information effectively to the Restaurant Manager using agreed reporting methods and effective handovers.
- Create memorable experiences with professionalism and passion

**Key Competencies and Experience**
- Proven bar and food service experience.
- Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system.
- Attentiveness and patience for customers
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Displays a ‘can do’ attitude and is a trusted and reliable member of the team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
