Restaurant Supervisor

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To provide an efficient and friendly service to customers
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer requests & complaints
- Coordinate / Manage daily restaurant operations
- Coordinate and work closely with the evening Chefs
- Take bar-stock and count
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety
- To attend/receive any job-related training as required
- To report any customer complaints or compliments and take some remedial action

ESSENTIAL
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant / F&B Supervisor or a similar role
- Proven customer service experience as a Supervisor / Manager
- Good food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Ability to adhere to all health & safety practices
- High levels of personal hygiene and appearance

**Salary**: £24,000.00 /year

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,500.00 per year
