**Your Role & Team**
Across North East Lincolnshire’s Children’s Services, we are moving forward with reducing the number of systems we currently utilise, consolidating information in fewer places to support and develop better ways of working. This will allow us to operate in a more cohesive manner and provide analytics that will be invaluable.
This Project will lead to improved visibility of interactions with children and families and will enable better collaboration between services and increase opportunities for early interventions.
As part of this initiative, we are recruiting a Senior ICT Officer to act as our Migration Lead to work within our thriving IT Project Team.
The Migration Lead will manage the extraction, transformation, loading and validation of current and legacy business data from multiple sources into a single platform. You will be working closely with the rest of the Project Team, business functions within Children’s services and act as a key contact for the awarded supplier.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Assist with the strategic management of a suite of key programmes, service area ICT plans and projects to deliver the Council ICT objectives including undertaking all aspects of programme and project management from project initiation to project closure involving ensuring proper planning, execution, monitoring and control of the project/programme
- Lead on specifying and procuring ICT equipment, software and other technical items required to deliver ICT projects, in response to demand and asset management initiatives, establishing appropriate working relationships with suppliers as required
- Work with the Advanced Practitioners and ICT Specialists to investigate / trial new technologies and to assist in production of technical standards

**Salary**: £34,723.00 per year
